How do I import employee contact details as I send out a survey by email?


As part of publishing your survey and selecting “Share survey via email”, to add a list of employee contacts by uploading an Excel file with your employee data in it, select “Import Contacts From Excel” . Your file must contain the fields in the order name, full email address, department, gender, date of birth (DD–MM-YYYY) and job title. Select the green “Add Contact” button.
