How does the chat support work?


By choosing the chat support icon that is accessible at the bottom of your screen across the website and application a chat session will be initiated by a Customer Success support agent. This chat session provides a real-time, one-on-one interaction allowing you to ask questions, request additional information and log issues faster. Information then be prioritized and logged in our support ticketing system, and a repose will be provided as soon as resolution has taken place.
