I received an email that I created a new account, but I did not sign up for a new account


In most cases, someone else may have tried to sign up for an account using your email address by mistake. To remove your email from our systems, please contact us directly via email at support@pxidatx.com forwarding the ‘account creation’ email details
Once your email has been removed from our system, and we have notified you by support email, you should then be able to use this email address to sign up for a new account again.
