What can I do if I did not receive a password reset email?
If you have not received the password reset email, it is possible that the email may have gone into your email’s spam filter. It may be also possible that you mistyped or inputted your email incorrectly when first registering.
To find your reset email:
Check the spam filter on your email account.
Resetting your password again
Get in touch with your email service provider to make sure you are able to receive emails from the @pxidatx.com domain.
If you mistyped your email address when registering for your account, we will not be able to give you access to this account via email, although you will be able to use your username to sign in as an alternative.
